Common questions answered

Learn more about our equipment, safety procedures, and veteran-operated service in Saint Augustine, Florida.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water streams to blast away tough build-up on hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with specialized eco-friendly cleaning detergents to safely clean roofs, vinyl siding, and stucco without causing structural or cosmetic damage.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Semper Purus Pressure Washing LLC is fully licensed and insured, ensuring complete peace of mind while we work on your residential or commercial property.

How do I claim the military and first responder discount?

Simply mention your service when requesting an estimate or booking an appointment, and we will automatically apply a 10% discount to your entire service total.

How often should I clean my home's exterior in Saint Augustine?

Due to Florida's high humidity and coastal environment, algae, mold, and salt air can accumulate quickly. We recommend scheduling exterior washing and surface cleaning once a year to prevent damage and maintain curb appeal.

Do I need to be home during the pressure washing service?

No, you do not need to be home as long as exterior water spigots are accessible, pets are secured indoors, and all windows and doors remain tightly closed.

Can you handle commercial exterior cleaning?

Yes, we service both residential properties and commercial facilities throughout Saint Augustine, including storefronts, parking areas, dumpster pads, and walkways.
